Ceramics Masterclass
Some months ago, we had the pleasure of organizing a memorable ceramics workshop that took place over four days (April 16th – 18th and May 24th). This workshop offered participants a hands-on introduction to the world of ceramics, where they learned essential modeling techniques and had the chance to glaze and fire their own creations. Under the guidance of Elise and Brigitte, participants not only developed their skills but also experienced the process of transforming raw clay into beautiful finished pieces.
Hosted by our friendly neighbours, the team at Atelier des Tropiques, the workshop provided a supportive environment that encouraged creativity and exploration. The impact of this workshop was further highlighted when three of the participating artists/craftswomxn successfully sold their handcrafted pieces at the Goud Zout Boetiek, showcasing the skills they had nurtured during the sessions.
